You can apply for (or renew) a library card in person at the Check Out Desk, or online using the buttons above.
When you apply or renew online, the form will verify your address. Please read all screens carefully.
To apply or renew in person, we will need to see photo ID and proof of residence, Canton employment, or current school ID.
For minors (under 18), a parent or guardian must complete the application and take responsibility for any items/fees.
