The Canton Seniors Book Discussion group has recessed for the summer. Book discussions will resume on the fourth Wednesday of the month in September (9/23), at a new time: 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. All Canton seniors are welcome, but registration is required. To register call the Summit's Senior Adult Department at (734) 394-5485. Check the Canton Public Library website for future book discussion titles and dates.

New Benefits Enrollment Site for Older Adults with Financial Problems
Adults 60 years and older and people with disabilities can contact the Legal Hotline for Seniors and get help over the phone to find out if there are any programs and services that they can apply for that will ease their financial situation (paying for prescriptions, utilities, home improvement services, etc). If you have any questions call 1-800-347-5297 to speak with a benefits counselor.
