The draft agenda for the upcoming board meeting is typically available the Friday prior to the meeting, along with the packet of supporting documents and materials. PDFs of these documents are attached, once available, to the event listing for the meeting. For example, the draft agenda and packet for the October 21, 2021 meeting of the Board was posted by October 15, 2021.
The draft minutes of the most recent meeting are available as part of the Board Archive within 8 days of the meeting. The Board Archive can also be accessed via the top right-hand corner of the Board of Trustees page. For example, the draft minutes from the October 21, 2021 meeting of the Board will be posted by October 29, 2021.
The final agenda, minutes, and complete documentation ("Final Packet") for the most recent meeting are available as part of the Board Archive the day after the subsequent meeting. On this date, the draft minutes will be removed from the Archive since they have been replaced by the final minutes. For example, the Final Packet for the October 21, 2021 meeting of the board will be posted on November 19, 2021.
The Board Archive includes all Final Packets and the most recent draft minutes for the current year, and all Final Packets for the prior year. To access older Board documents, please complete a contact us form or call us at 734-397-0999.
