At CPL, we try to make our events as open and accessible as possible, but sometimes program registration is required to ensure we have enough space, supplies, or to ensure attendees are within the age range the program is designed to serve.
Have you missed out on a program you really wanted to attend because the list was full? We have some insider tips and tricks so you can make it to all the best library programs:
- Sign up for our email newsletters. If you want to be the first to know about upcoming programs, be sure to get our e-newsletters emailed right to you.
- Make sure your library card is up to date, and use the right card for the attendee. Programs for our younger friends also require a library card to register, so get your kid their own card too.
- Join the waitlist. Even if a popular program fills up, we often have cancellations, and we contact people on the waitlist.
Lastly, we know that life happens sometimes. Please remember to cancel your registration if you can’t make it. (And then we can get those people on the waitlist in!)
