Here is the recipe for this super simple salad.

On a serving plate layer tossed assorted salad greens drizzled with toasted sesame oil and vinegar dressing.  Add 4 oz of crumbled cooked ground turkey seasoned with chili powder and cumin.  Add 1 cup of heated refried beans.  Top with a couple of Tablespoons of your favorite salsa and enjoy!

the book was called "The tail of emily windsnap". It was about a girl who didnt know she was a mermaid.
