Zumba

In partnership with Canton Township's 100 Days of Health and as a part of our multicultural programming, please join us for another lively, fun, heartpounding session of Zumba. We'll be burning off those holiday calories on January 28 at 11:00 AM in the Community Room.

Zumba

As part of the township's 100 Days of Health initiative, join us for an introduction to Zumba, the popular new fitness craze, on Saturday, January 29 at 2:00PM in the Community Room. Wear loose clothing, comfy shoes and be ready to move. Adults and teens age 16 and up are welcome. Registration begins two weeks prior to each session.

Reflexology with Deanna Proske

Reflexology is the scientific study and manipulation of corresponding areas in the hands or feet to organs in your body to reduce stress, encourage good health and promote relaxation. Canton's own Deanna Proske will share the art of reflexology with usĀ on Wednesday, January 20 at 7 pm in the library Community Room. Registration is available online.

Learn About Yoga

Join Canton resident Sharon Brand and learn about the benefits of Yoga. Sharon has nine years experience teaching the flowing style of Hatha Yoga. We offer this program as a way to promote Canton's 100 Days of Health.
Only a few spots remain, so register online soon. Wear loose fitting clothing, bring a mat or beach towel and bring a water bottle. Let's stretch, bend and breathe with Sharon on Thursday, January 14th at 7:00PM in the library's Community Room.

What are your plans for the holidays? In between the food, fun and parties, be sure to think about signing up for Canton's 100 Days of Health! This fun family program, co-sponsored by Oakwood Healthcare systems, includes classes, events, health tips and free access to the Summit On the Park every Friday during the program.
