Book Groups

Contemporary Book Group

The Contemporary Book Group meets on the third Monday of each month at 7:00 PM. This self-directed group is sponsored by the Friends of the Canton Public Library. We read current fiction and non-fiction titles from a variety of authors.

Senior Book Group

The Senior Book Group meets on the fourth Thursday of every month from 2:00-3:00 PM.

Eclectic Book Group

The Eclectic Book Group meets the second Thursday of the month from noon-1:00 PM. The December meeting is used to share favorite titles and make suggestions for the coming year.

Book Club-in-a-Bag

We've got kits to help you facilitate your own book discussion wherever and whenever you want. Check out one of our Book Club-in-a-Bag kits and you'll get everything you need, including 10 copies of the book and materials to help guide your discussion. Kits can be checked out for eight weeks and can be renewed for up to three additional weeks as long as there are no holds on them.
