Join Sam Breitmeyer from Reset Brain & Body as she explores The Cycle of Stress. In this series of workshops, Sam will help you identify and explore individual tendencies and unconscious responses to stress. You will learn and practice mindful interventions to break the ongoing cycle. This program will take place via Zoom and will include meditation and visualization as well as a bit of self observation and reflection.
This workshop series includes two sessions and individual registration is required for each session. Registration will begin April 22.
