Bullet Journaling & Wellness Workshop

Come learn about the hottest trend in personal organization and mental wellness. A Bullet Journal is a customizable and forgiving organization system. It can be your to-do list, sketchbook, notebook, and diary, but most likely, it will be all of the above. Workshop facilitator Linsa Varghese will highlight the mental health and wellness benefits of keeping a bullet journal as well as show you how to customize your journal to fit your individual needs. Participants should bring their own journal and writing instruments. Registration required.

do you recommend a specific type of journal? For example, is one with lines better or one that has just blank pages?

There are no requirements for the journal you bring, it is a matter of personal choice. If you are new to bullet journaling it might be best to start out with something simple and inexpensive to practice with. Who knows, you may learn more about the type of journal that is best for you at the workshops!

I attended the workshop for the bullet journal and the presenter said she would email us the slides but I haven't received anything. The slides would help since we didn't take notes because of getting the slides. Thank you
