I Like to Swim and I am going to Swim class in YMCA. I read this book and learn some warmup excercises. Outdoor pool is dangerous during lightning and thunder. I know to swim freestyle and dive. I like to learn butterfly style of swimming.
After Reading this book ,I followed the same pattern to do the Photo frame. I painted the black photo frame bought from IKEA into a colorful frame. I put my photo in it and hang on the wall.
By looking at the Ribbon mirror in this book, I made a photo frame. I painted the blank frame into a colorful one and kept my photo in it and I hanged in the wall.
3000 years ago there was a war between Trojans and Greeks. It went on for 10 years. The Greeks came with a plan to build a big wooden horse. The soldiers got into the horse, and went into the Troy city. In the midnight, they came out of the horse and destroyed the Troy city and won the battle.
I noticed that I haven't seen my neighbor in a while. One day, my dad was talking to my neighbors husband and he said that his wife died in May. I was really shocked because the lady that died was so nice! Aww...how sad... :(
Instruments are not easy to play and I need all the practice I can get. I don't want to walk into school in September and have forgotten how to play my clarinet! I plan on practicing a little more in august too. I also plan on getting first chair so I will need to work super hard and control my emotions when I have to play a song (solo) for everyone in my band class to hear! :)
I read "Never Bite a Boy on the First Date". This is one of the books I requested and the library bought it. This book is about a vampire girl named Kira and one morning she finds one of her classmates dead at school. Kira's vampire parents blamed her for the murder but she didn't do it...seriously! Kira finds three suspects but she has a feeling that she's falling for one of them. The only problem is that he could be the killer! I get a kick out of "Never Bite a Boy on the First Date" and I recommend it to girls who like mysteries and romance! :)
Using positive reinforcement. She's almost 12 years old and it's still a work in progress... but she will at least wade up to her pasterns without fear now!
My host in Kiev had a very rudimentary understanding of her computer, and I had to explain to her some of the basics of how to use a word processing program. She didn't speak English, however, so I had to use all of the technical computer Russian I remembered to help.
In Ukraine. Got to practice my Russian at the same time, because there were two Americans in the group and the rest of the group was mostly russophone Ukrainians. Games included a version of monkey in the middle, frisbee, etc.
