Creatapillars December 2012
Are you a creative kid? This program is tailored to kids who are 7 to 10 years old. Let your creative side flow in our monthly program, Creatapillars. This exciting program will alternate between art themed and writing themed activities each month. For our December date, we will create festive noodle art. Holiday Fabric Flower
Join us Wednesday November 28 from 7:00 - 8:30 PM in the Purple Room as we create poinsettia inspired fabric flowers. These lovely hand sewn flowers make the perfect hair accessory, pin, or holiday package decoration. Ages 12 and up. Registration required

Origami Expert, Charles Esseltine
Join origami expert, Charles Esseltine, on Thursday, October 4 from 7:00-8:00 PM to learn about basic folds and shapes. Charles will demontrate a variety of origami models, including some fun, Halloween designs. All materials will be provided. All ages and experience levels welcome. Registration is required and will open on September 25. Little hands will need assistance from big hands. Snack Tales
What happens when you combine great stories with an easy-to-make treat? You get "Snack Tales!" Join us Saturday, September 8th at 2:00 PM to enjoy a sweet mid-day snack based on a fun story.Registration begins August 27th at 9:00 AM. Please indicate any food allergies in the notes field when registering. CPL librarians worked hard to tailor this program for a specific age group, so Snack Tales is for kids in grades K-4 only, with a caregiver.

Monday, August 6, from 2:00-4:00 PM bring something white to tie dye — socks, t-shirts, tote bags — and let your style show. This messy project will be held outside; dress appropriately. No registration required.
