Please move the ashtray and cigarette butt collectors farther from the entrance and book return. In their current locations, they encourage smokers to congregate at the entrance and near the bench. This is very unpleasant for those of us who do not smoke. Thank you!

Hi, I use your library to study and use the men's bathroom. I can't remember a time where the floor underneath the men's urinals has been free of urine. My feet actually stick to the floor each time after using them. This happens in the majority of times I have used the bathroom. Do you actually clean the bathroom floor daily? Do the little kids pee on the floor? I cannot understand this.. I have used bathrooms in public places before, but never have seen it this bad on a reoccuring basis.

As flu and cold season nears, it might be compassionate to supply sanitary wipes at the computer stations. Our tax dollars seem, to me, to include public health, safety and welfare. Thanks!

IS THERE ANYWAY THAT YOU CAN PUT ANOTHER BOX BY THE MAIN DRIVE TO THE LIBRARY? EVERY TIME I TRY TO RETURN MY BOOKS THERE IS ALWAYS A NUMBER OF CARS PARKED OR JUST SITTING THERE WAITING TO PICK UP THEIR KIDS. IT MAKES IT QUITE HARD TO DRIVE AROUND THE CIRCLE DRIVE, TO RETURN THE BOOKS ETC. BECAUSE THE CIRCLE DRIVE IS NOT WIDE ENOUGH..... PLEASE CONSIDER THIS! THANK YOU. LINDA HORGER

The last study room - very cold. (well, all rooms are very cold)

The lady preparing my food didn't washed her hands after I watched her change the trash bags, put a new a new bag in the trash container. Also, her hands touched the lid of the trash can while throwing my receipt. She then went on to prepare my food without washing her hands. Obviously, she prepared my food with soiled hands. I think this is a poor sign of sanitation and prevention of health illness that may arise from food preparations. I thought, I would bring this matter to whom ever is concern prior to notifying the State Department. PLEASE address this issue accordingly and in a timely manner before any of the patrons get sick. Thank you.

The new fax machine seems to be very expensive. Why can't we have access to the old system/pricing. With VOIP this shouldn't cost the library anything, but would still generate a small amount of revenue.

Need a drinking fountain in the children's area. My husband, Dan, is currently a laid-off plumber!

While in the restroom there is no shelf to put library materials (books etc.) on.
