Looking for fun and educational events for the whole family? You don't want to miss the free Ann Arbor area Earth Day Festival that will be held on Sunday, April 25, at Washtenaw Community College. From Noon to 4:00PM, there are exhibits, hands-on activities and entertainment for all.

If you are new to the area, new to biking, or simply want to explore new routes, check out Washtenaw County Bike Rides: a Guide to Road Rides In and Around Ann Arbor by Joel D. Howell. All the routes are paved and start from Ann Arbor. The difficulty of the rides and areas that require caution are clearly noted. Route maps for Dixboro, Dexter-Chelsea, Gallup Park, Hell, Huron River Drive, Manchester, Waterloo and more are included. A perfect weekend outing for the motivated rider who loves a challenge!

On Sunday, February 21 at 2:00PM in the University of Michigan's Hatcher Graduate Library (Room 100/Gallery) Curator Kathryn Beam will share her personal memories of how the exhibit History of the Bible from Ancient Papyri to King James came to be and what the process has meant to her in Sharing a Personal View of the Bible Exhibit.
