Who Watches the Watchmen?
You may have, since the movie just came to theaters March 6. But did you also read the Watchmen? Arguably one of the best graphic novels ever written, it gives you a new view on superheroes : the deconstruction of the superhero. If you don't normally read graphic novels, don't let that keep you away from this one! The story is rich, entertaining, and thought-provoking. It almost makes you want to throw on a costume and go off to fight crime yourself!

I was a little worried because Alice in Wonderland is a little dear to my heart but this series Is extremely creative; a world where imagination is a weapon and the Mad Hatter is really Hatter Madigan the blade wielding, top hat wearing bodyguard....

The sandman. Vol. 1. Preludes & nocturnes by Neil Gaiman — Series about the Lord of Dreams and his siblings. These books introduced me to graphic novels.
Lucifer. Vol. 1. Devil in the gateway by Mike Carey — Lucifer tries to make changes as the world heads to its possible end. Very intriguing concept.
