Zumba
Zumba is a fitness class that combines dance and fitness. It is all the rage nowadays. This dance mingles Latin and International music with a fun and effective workout system. Dance routines like Cumbia, Merengue, Salsa, Mambo, Hip-Hop and Flamenco are used in this class.
