Applying for card

I just applied for a library card and after I hit submit, the apply page came up again with no acknowledgement of my application. I am not sure if there was a computer glitch or the information has been sent. I have not received anything to my email either. I just don't want to resubmit and have multiple applications at your end if there doesn't need to be. Please let me know the status. Thanks!

Thank you for writing us, and sorry about the frustration with our library card application.

I have set the application so that it now displays a confirmation page with the text "Thank you. Your library card request has been received. It should be available within 24-72 hours, depending on when the request was received. If you have any questions, please contact the library at (734) 397-0999."

Additionally — I have checked the submissions and found yours, so you're all set in that regard.
