I just did a very brief check of the links and everything appears to be working correctly. However, our access logs show many "page not found" errors for Observer issues. This appears to stem from third-party websites that harvested our links, formatted them incorrectly, then published them on their own pages. If you found a particular issue via web search, it's possible that you were served a bad link.
The most consistent, reliable way to browse and search the database is via the main Canton Observer page. Once you have downloaded a particular issue, doing a search in Adobe Reader (or equivalent) should get you to your search term in the document.
If the problem of loading the PDF file persists, please reply here with detailed information (the browser you're using, the particular link[s], etc.) and I will do my best to make it work.
