Summer Reading Program

I would just like to say i am really enjoying this year's summer reading program!!! it is getting kids excited with the leaderboard!!!

Hey!!!
I think this idea with the badges is pretty smart. I like how this library is coming up with so many new and fun ways to do things! I also think that this is a great opportunity for people of all ages to try new things. I can tell that a lot of kids are having fun trying to get as many badges as they can. I'm pretty excited myself. I can't wait to see what prizes i'll get! Keep up the good work Canton Public Library!

Hi Reading Queen,
Thanks for the new badge suggestions. We will always consider different badges for next summer. Don't forget that you can add all the badges multiple times. How do you think your badge suggestions could fit into this year's badges? Love it could fit any reading that you do as long as you enjoy yourself. If you're helping someone do something, you're probably doing something "Hands On" right?
If you click on the reading suggestions and programs you should be able to get an idea of the theme of a badge. As far as the Sleuth It badge goes, you can earn it by reading a mystery, solving a puzzle or other similar activity. There are lots of really fun suggestions. Take a look! Smile
