I am sorry that your visit was disturbed by people who were not honoring the Quiet Zones. We have found that the more signs we have, the less that people read them--the visual clutter often means people don't see all of the signs. If you are disturbed by loud conversations in the Quiet Zones, please ask any of my staff to remind patrons about our noise zones. We are happy to do this, and want to ensure that people are abiding by the library's rules.
Thank you for taking the time to contact us.
Best,
Eva Davis, Director
