Fax Machine

The new fax machine seems to be very expensive. Why can't we have access to the old system/pricing. With VOIP this shouldn't cost the library anything, but would still generate a small amount of revenue.

Due to budget restrictions we had to make some service concessions and unfortunately the employee-assisted fax service was eliminated. We are aware of the need for continued fax service and checked faxing costs locally and found this service to be in the ballpark in price-wise. We also checked several libraries already using the service who were very satisfied and we chose this service as an alternative to none at all.
