CPL provides access to information beyond Google. With library databases you can read scholarly articles, car repair manuals, and more — things that would cost money to access on the web.

When used in conjunction with our
Catalog, the
Books and More page is a great way to get recommendations.
May We Suggest, blog links, and bestseller lists are available for browsing. When searching, our
search tools make it easy and fun.

The
eBooks page has information and links for loading your Kindle, iPad, Nook, kobo, or other weirdly-named device with digital books. Some books can be read online, and audiobooks are also available.

If you'd like to keep up with all the great things we're doing, the best way is to read (and
subscribe to) our
blog.

The
Languages page includes links to books, periodicals, and DVDs in over 50 different languages. For other local libraries, see the
International Books and
International Periodicals pages.

CPL is committed to protecting the environment, especially locally. For tips and local resources, check out the

You get special savings at Canton businesses thanks to a partnership with the

Check out offers with you library card and get a voucher good for one week. Offers include tickets to the Village Theater, savings on catering, carpet cleaning, veterinary care, and more.

The
Living Books program lets you "check out" a person with expertise in a specific area and learn more about the subject straight from them. In this way we aim to celebrate diversity, encourage understanding and respect, and have fun learning about each other.

Through a partnership with
CantonWiki we provide unique information about the Canton community. Pages range from
