Thank you for using our new online comment system! Our purpose in having a borrower's card expire every three years is to verify and update our records. We want to make sure the information we have is correct. Please stop at the Checkout Desk with your driver's license or other photo ID (and in your case since your residence is outside our borrowing area, verification of your employment in Canton, like a pay stub) and our staff will update your account information.

I lost my library card and got a new one. Now I can not get into
my old account or the new one I created with the new card. Can you help
me with this problem.
I keep getting in to the forum.
Thank You.

Thanks for giving us the opportunity to answer this often asked question. In order to be sure that we are protecting your privacy, and the integrity of our system, we only do library card renewals in person at the Checkout Desk. On your next visit, bring with you current ID with proof of residency, and we will quickly update our records.
