The Friends are people like you — members of the community who support the library's goals and services. They advocate for the library and raise community awareness. Through their efforts, the Friends bridge the gap between a good library and recognition as a great library.
Secondhand Prose Used Bookstore
Watch for our Monthly Specials and Bag Sales (Usually the last consecutive
Friday, Saturday, and Monday of the month). Hours are:
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 10:00AM - 4:00PM
- Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings: 6:00PM - 8:00PM
- Saturday: 10:00AM - 2:00PM
- Sunday: Closed
- Tuesday for Friends members only (memberships available at the door): 2:00PM - 8:00PM

Money raised through memberships and our used bookstore is used to help support library activities and acquisitions, as well as to fund some things not provided for in the library's operating budget.
Annual membership dues are modest:
