Finding time to read
Now that you've signed up for Adult Summer Reading, you've got to get your reading in for chances at the grand prize drawing--a Northwest Airlines gift certificate. But how do you squeeze reading into your jam-packed day? One thing to try is to always have a book with you. Then you can take advantage of unexpected free time, like waiting at the doctor's office. Get in a few pages when baseball practice runs long. Turn a ten minute train delay into ten minutes of reading time. You'll be surprised how fast a few pages here and there add up to a completed book--and another grand prize entry slip. How do you find time to read? Tell us about it.
