An expert on African tribes and languages tries to trace the path of the Lost Ark of the Covenant from Israel, through Ethiopia, and on to a South African tribe whose gene pool has been matched to the "moses gene", a chromosome marking connected to the Cohen or priestly tribe of Aaron, the only men allowed to handle the mysterious ark.
