This program is designed for Tweens entering grades 5 and 6 in the fall. This program encourages Tweens to read on their own during the summer, visit the library and participate in a variety of programs.

When you earn 500 points, up to 1500 points, you win a prize!

Tween Reading Point System
Read one book — 150 points
Listen to one audio book — 150 points
Read a magazine — 50 points
Listen to a music CD — 10 points
Watch a movie — 10 points

Visit the library* — 10 points
Come to a library program* — 25 points
Write a book review* — 50 points

*Thes activities need stamps at the library to validate. You must get stamps for visits & programs on the day they occur!

Pick up Prizes between June 23 and August 6!
All prize winners will be posted in the library, so don’t forget to come to the library often and check the Prize Board!
All prizes subject to availability.

Tween Autograph Contest

Get 10 different signatures from Children’s or Tween Librarians and get a chance to put your name in a prize drawing!
