My favorite Chinese restaurant by far is Chopstick House at 3500 N. Lilley Road (just south of Ford Road), Canton, Michigan. I've been to authentic Chinese restaurants in various China Towns (San Francisco, Chicago and Toronto) and I would have to rank Chopstick House with some of the best.

As an appetizer, I'm particularly fond of their "Crab Rangoon" or their "Spicy Steamed Dumplings." For an entree, one of my favorites is the "Triple Delight" which is like having a sampling of three different dinners on one plate. Two of my other favorites are the "Mongolian Beef" and the "Chicken with Spicy Tea Sauce". I've been there at least a dozen times and I’ve never been disappointed.
