Walked and walked and walked!

Earlier this spring I got a new fancy pedometer, the Fitbit Zip, it has a clock, tracks steps, miles, calories burned and is the best motivator I have ever had for getting me moving.  I have a goal of walking 10,000 steps a day which most days is a stretch but sometimes I succeed or even exceed that goal. This cool little device sync's with my computer, has a dashboard for tracking my personal stats and sends me an email wekly progress report. Last week I walked 89,218 steps. That's just under 37 miles! I love my Zip!!
