City Bakery had been in constant operation in Clare, Michigan since 1896. Threatened to be closed, all nine members of the Clare Police Department came together to save this historic business. Dubbed "Cops and Doughnuts," the business boasts handmade confections of all types, great coffee, and a friendly staff.
