Read a couple of articles about adult sleep needs
Was interested but not surprised to find that "the degree to which sleep deteriorates or improves over time tends to mirror their overall health.”
I am grateful that I don't have sleep issues except that I tend to stay up way to late and most nights do not get the recommended amount for adults which is 7-8 hours.
