Made my own flour tortillas

They're easy to make and taste much better than store-bought! I made them last night so we could load them up with taco fixings.

The recipe I use is from The Joy of Cooking (75th anniversary edition). There's 4-6 minutes of kneading, 20 minutes of letting the dough rest, and then rolling out and cooking one by one in a dry skillet, but it's really easy to get the hang of it.
