Made Artisan Bread

I made the master recipie from the book Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day  by Jeff Hertzeberg and Zoe Francois.  I was very pleased with my results... I am not an experienced baker!  My family thought it was delicious too!!

Mixing up the dough is really easy... what takes time is letting the dough rise and rest. The whole premise of the book is that you make a large batch of the dough at once and then store it in the fridge for up to 14 days... that way you can pull out a portion of the dough, let it rest for 30 minutes or so and then bake it.
