In this book, Rodney Rathbone moves from New York to Ohio and Rodney is able to escape the bully from back home. When the new bully Josh is about to beat up Rodney and a baseball breaks Josh's nose, everyone thinks Rodney punched him! Many other things happen like that and Rodney becomes the hero of the school!
