Be Well: On the Scene
On Saturday, August 30 from 4:00-5:45 PM, participants will explore the theme of Be Well, Stay Well and Go Well. This session will be interactive and experiential, where your tools for the inward journey will be explored and shared.
This program is for new walkers up to 5 years old with their caregivers.

Well let's roll up our sleeves together and bring some of those pins to life! Join staff librarian and DIY enthusiast July 29th at 7:00 pm as we sample some recipes and recreate a few other. Ages 12 and up. Registration required.

The goal of this program is to achieve total wellness of mind and body with the use of the ancient Chinese art of Tai Chi.

Learn a set of simple flowing Tai Chi movements that will enhance your health and fitness. This workout will also let you cultivate your internal energy for total wellness.
