Be Well: On the Scene
I suggested doing gentle yoga in the mornings to wake up and start the day out on a good note!
I wrote that one should get some moderate physical activity every day!
I wrote to eat protein with a balanced meal. Rest is also important.
Filled out a Be Well leaf with a favorite tip - exercise with friends!
The tip that I put on there was that you should always stretch before any exercise so that you don't hurt yourself anywhere.
We came to Dance Your Fanny Off today and really shook out maracas! We loved when they played the Happy song.
