ate fajitas last night

I put together a fruit basket for my friend who just had a baby.

I picked some mangoes, kiwis, pears, apples and oranges.

I spent the morning researching nutrient requirements for toddlers!

And I am happy to report he is doing just fine for his age. Most importantly, he isn't consuming more than the daily recommended amounts of salt!

I ate mangoes for lunch today!

It made me think of the hot summers in India when I was growing up where everyone ate mangoes every day!

I had some pear juice with crystal sugar. It's good.

I cooked beans this afternoon.
