Ina May's guide to childbirth by Ina May Gaskin — This book is more focused on midwifery and those who do not wish to have a more medical-focused birth in a hospital. That said, there is a substantial amount of information in here that would be useful even for a hospital birth. Would recommend for pregnant women or their partners who are interested in learning more about the birthing process in general.

me, my sister and my dad went biking together on the trail for 2 hours and i was really tired when we got home but it was worth it.

Did the treadmill and bike for 1 hour with watching HGTV on the tv.

I danced like Richard Simmons.

I checked out the DVD Sweatin' to the Oldies and had the best time dancing with Richard Simmons. The 80's clothes and the saxophone solo were major highlights! I highly recommend trying this workout for a fun change of pace or even if you're just having a bad day. Richard will having you smiling for the rest of your day!

When I was trying to be healthy I did a lot of stretches and tried to eat healthy fruits food. I was riding my scooter outside for a long time outside!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ran the 5K at Liberty Festival

The whole family went to support the 5K run. It was a beautiful day; great weather for the run.

Got my first bike and learning to ride with my big brother

Practiced four days so far. Started off really slow, but getting better.

Learning to bike on two wheels

Removed the training wheels and installed a bike stand. Practiced every afternoon for a little over a week on two wheels. Doing better.
