I whizzed through these books, they were so good. Good writing and good story line.
Chester's Way by Kevin Henkes. It's a lovely book.
I watched swimming and gymnastics. Those two events along with diving are my favorites.
One Little Blueberry by Tammi Salzano
The Gentleman Bug by Julian Hector — The Gentle Bug loves to read. He also likes the Lady Bug. In the end, they read together.
I ordered two things online from Aeropostale for the first time earlier this week. Aeropostale is my new favorite store after visiting it for the first time before the school year ended! In my opinion, I think they have the prettiest, most comfy clothes in the world! They also have lots of sweet deals! I ordered a glamorous leopard pattern scarf (it's super popular) and a shirt with rainbow colored flowers on it. So beautiful! My clothes are supposed to be delivered and on my front porch between august 3rd and august 9th but i'm dyeing in my own home because I can't wait! I'm so excited! :)
Madeline at the white house by John Bemelmans Marciano
"Spring Fling" is one of the books that I requested and the library bought it. I wasn't really in the mood though because it's summer, not spring! I read a lot of it last night because it's a very entertaining book. I have to admit that I like how the author writes from the different characters points of view and how they feel. I love books with romance and this book has it all! I totally recommend this book...to all girls! :)
I presented an evening storytime with my intern, Emily, and we read books we loved that were about food.
I love Cats!!!!!
I went to the Bulgakov museum in Kiev, Ukraine. Mikhail Bulgakov is one of my favorite authors, and I considered going to the museum important more as a homage to him and his work than to learn much--the museum has few artifacts and is painted entirely white.
