Billions will watch tonight's top-secret Opening Ceremony for the 21st Winter Olympics in Vancouver British Columbia. This is the first Winter Olympics Opening Ceremony to take place indoors at Vancouver's BC Place. NBC begins coverage at 7:30PM.
