I love the book: OUT OF MY MIND, by Sharon Draper
It is about a girl who has a disease and the only part of her body she can move are her thumbs. She can't talk either, but secretly, she is a genius. She can memorize everything she has heard, seen, done, or thought. Her photographic memory is amazing, but she can't share it with anyone. The story is toldd from 1st person point of view, so you feel exactly how the main character,Melody, does. One of my favorite books is American Assassin by Vince Flynn. It is a prequel to the Mitch Rapp espionage series and tells how Rapp became the CIA's top agent.
