Remember the Bees!

Bee on FlowerWhen planting your flowers this spring be sure to remember the bees! Bees pollinate 80 percent of our flowering crops which constitute 1/3 of everything we eat. You can invite pollinators, like bees, to your neighborhood by planting a pollinator-friendly habitat in your garden, farm, school, park or just about anywhere! Find suggestions for pollinator-friendly flowers in your growing zone. Don't forget to plant flowers that bloom in early spring and late fall as well as throughout the summer.
