Recipe Exchange Kiosk

Calling all cooks! We're bringing back last summer's popular recipe exchange kiosk. It's a great way to share your favorite recipes, discover some new ones and earn your Chow Down badge. Use our recipe card or just print out your recipes and deliver them, paper clipped together, to the recipe exchange kiosk located by the Reception Desk. If you prefer to share your recipe online, simply add the recipe in a comment to this blog post.

Summer Time is the perfect time to serve up Mom's Rice Salad. I'm not usually a fan of olives, but they add a unique flavor to this salad. This should serve 6-8 people.

Ingredients:
3-4 Cups uncooked rice.
5-6 radishes sliced thin
1 large English cucumber, peeled and cut into bite size 1/4's
10-12 pickles cut into bite size pieces
1 green pepper diced
1-2 tomatoes diced
10-12 green olives sliced
1 onion if so desired
salt and pepper to taste
Hellman's ® Mayonaise

Directions:
Cook the rice as directed and then rinse in cold water until it is cool to the touch. Do not use leftover rice-it doesn't work very well Sad
Add remaining ingredients and mix until ingredients stay together.
Refrigerate any leftovers
