Culinary instructor Mary Spencer will answer all of your canning and preserving questions. She will demonstrate how to preserve Sugared Raspberries and how to can homemade fresh vegetable salsa. Mary has studied under the best, including Jacques Pepin, Milos Cihelka and many more. She has taught classes at Kitchen Glamour, Kitchen Witch, ABC Warehouse and now runs her own cooking school in Northville called Taste: A Cook's Place, LLC.
