National Book Lover's Day Program

Do you love books? Join us on Friday, August 8, 2014 from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. to celebrate National Book Lover's Day! We'll have fun book related crafts, read some stories, and have a delightful snack.  This program is open to children ages 3 to 5 years old and their caregivers.

Family Tie Dye Fun!

Do you love swirling pops of color? Have you always wanted to make your own t-shirt, socks, or canvas bag? Well, come to our all ages Family Fun Tie Dye Program on Friday, July 25, 2014 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and have a blast tie dying your own clothes! You must bring your own shirts, socks, canvas bags, pillow cases, etc. that you want to dye. Be sure to wear old clothes because the dye will stain! See you there!

Rain date for this program will be Thursday, July 31, 2014.

Batman's 75th Anniversary Celebration

Let's celebrate the 75th Anniversary of Batman! Come to our awesome
program on batman coverWednesday, July 23 from 7:00 to 8:00 PM where we will celebrate all things Batman.  We'll have a batty birthday snack, make a craft, and watch an episode of the Batman cartoon show. Costumes welcome!  This program is open to kids ages 5-9 years old with a caregiver. Registration opens May 26, 2014.

Around the World Storytime and Craft Program

Would you love to travel Around the World but just don't have time? No problem.
Join usglobe for our Around the World Storytime and Craft Program on Thursday, June 26 from 10:00-11:00 AM.  We will read some travel tales and do a fun craft. This program is open to children ages 0 to 5 years old and their caregiver. Registration begins on Monday, May 26.

You can earn one hour of your community service time and also have fun helping out in the Children's Department. Do you love whales? Want to learn more about these amazing creatures? Come to our Save the Whales program on Thursday, April 24, 2014 from 2:00-3:00 PM. We'll hear a smashing whale tale, make a craft, and enjoy an ocean snack. Registration begins Tuesday, March 25th. This program is open to kids ages 4 years to 9 years old and their caregivers.
