Catch 'em all at a Pokemon themed party! Stations will be set up with Pokemon crafts, games, and activities.

  • Bring your own Pokemon cards* and Pokemon Ultra Sun or Ultra Moon** for battling or trading.
  • Pokemon Go lures will be dropped throughout the party for Pokemon Go Trainers.***

If you don't have Pokemon cards or games don't worry! There will also be Pokemon themed crafts and activities that only require your creativity. Be the very best, like no one ever was!

For all ages, no registration required.

 

*To battle or trade with Pokemon Cards participants are required to bring their own Pokemon cards. 

**To battle or trade in Pokemon Ultra Sun or Ultra Moon participants must bring their own 3DS with Pokemon Sun or Pokemon Moon game with a Rotom Pokedex.

***To play Pokemon Go, participants must bring their own Apple or Android device with Pokémon GO installed and account created. To battle in the Gym, Trainers must be Level 5 or higher. 

UPDATE: Zapdos Day is during this event. All gyms will feature the legendary bird Zapdos as the raid boss (and possible shiny) from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Join us from 2:00 to 3:30 in the Community Room to take down this pokemon together and add to your collection.

Today the American Library Association just announced the top youth books and media of 2018, including the Pura Belpré Award. Since 1996, the Pura Belpré Award is presented annually to a Latinx writer and a Latinx illustrator whose work best portrays, affirms, and celebrates the Latino cultural experience in a work of literature for children and young adults. Family Reading Nights are back! Join us in celebrating sharing books together. There will be stories and activities centered around fun themes and we will even raffle off books to help grow your own personal library. This program is for children ages 4-9 and their families. Registration is required for all children attending. Parents and caretakers are not required to register.
