New Gale Courses Begin on November 12th

The Canton Library offers free Gale Courses to its cardholders, and the next set of classes is will begin on Wednesday, November 12th. You can register for any number of classes and in any subject area that appeals to you, and receive a certificate of completion when you've finished. The goal is to provide lifelong educational opportunities for you to learn, at your own pace, new skills or improve existing ones. New sessions are offered every month, and November brings brand-new offerings in health care, business, technology and more!

If you're looking to buy a new appliance, or wondering how to pick a new smoke detector for your home, Consumer Reports is a great resource.  The Canton Public Library always has a copy on hand and now, in addition to this great magazine, we are able to offer access to Consumer Reports Online which allows you to search, compare, and print reviews and buying guides for the items you need (or just want).
