It is the authoritative guide to special occurrences, holidays, anniversaries, celebrity birthdays, religious observances, sporting events, and more.  Mr. Chase will observe a special day of his own on April 8 when he turns 90.

Lunar New Year Celebration

We are ushering in the Year of the Dragon with many cultural presentations including bonsai, origami and calligraphy. Students from area Chinese Language School will perform Chinese yo-yos, an old art form from China. You will have time to visit with the presenters and sample light refreshments. Children will get a paper yo-yo as souvenir.

What's Next? Electronic Textbooks

The University of Michigan is in the midst of negotiations with publishers and will begin an e-textbook pilot program for introductory courses in the fall. Great news to the students!
