Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with a Mexican Meal!

Cinco de Mayo, which means the 5th of May in Spanish, commemorates the Mexican army’s victory over the French in the 1862 Battle of Puebla. It is often confused as Mexico's Independence Day which is actually September 16th. Try one of the many recipes from the library's collection of Mexican Cookbooks and celebrate. ¡Salud!
