Interview replacement trustee for vacancy due to J. Gillig departure.

Secretary/Treasurer J. Fausone made note that he had received communication that Trustee G. Snow would be absent from the upcoming July 16 meeting, but that Trustee Snow would try to make it if another board member were to be absent on that date.
