Let's Get Plum Crazy!

Back to School

You've got something someone could use. Likewise, they may have something that would help you out. To help get over this economic hump, let's share. This month's exchange items are book bags, backpacks, lunch boxes and all things needed for school. You may drop your items off beginning one week prior to the exchange day and receive a certificate to use on September 8th between 10:00AM and Noon. Save a couple of bucks and still make the students happy with items new to them. Only items in excellent condition will be accepted.

Someone Like Me

Former area resident, John Quinn, shares his amazing story of his challenge and triumph over Cerebral Palsy. Come hear his inspirational story, Someone Like Me, on Thursday, June 10 at 7:00PM (no registration required). Teens and adults alike will look at life differently.

Exchange Day for paperback books

In an attempt to survive this economy, we are offering monthly Exchange Days for our patrons. Wednesday, June 9th will be our first paperback book exchange. Look under the bed, on your shelves, in your closets and gather up those paperback books. Bring them in to the library Purple Room at 10:00AM and take home some you haven't yet read. What a great way to get the word out in Canton, help the household budget and save a tree by sharing.
